St. Petersburg, Russia - August 15, 2009 -- The Winter Palace Alexander Room in St. Petersburg, Russia on Saturday, August 15, 2009.  This room, designed by Alexander Bryullov, was created after the fire of 1837 in the Winter Palace, to honor Tsar Alexander I and the Russian 1812 Campaign (also known as the Patriotic War) during the Napoleonic Wars.  The Hermitage is known as one of the greatest museums in the world. It consists the Winter Palace - the residence of the Russian Tsars and 4 other historical buildings.
