Boston, MA - July 21, 1997 - Sailors on board the destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) man the rails while escorting USS Constitution the worlds oldest commissioned war ship underway in Massachusetts Bay, MA.  Over head the Navy's "Blue Angels" Flight Demonstration Squadron conducts a fly-over salute.  Commissioned on October 21st, 1797, Constitution set sail unassisted for the first time in 116 years.
