Ron Sachs is a second-generation photojournalist based in the Washington, D.C. area. He and his family have covered every United States President since Harry Truman through their newspicture agency, Consolidated News Photos (CNP). Ron regularly covers events at the White House; the U.S. Capitol covering both the House and the Senate; and sports focusing on Washington Nationals baseball and Washington Redskins football. His work appears regularly in the New York Post and many other publications including the Washington Post, Washington Times, Time Magazine, Newsweek, People Magazine, Paris Match, and many others. Ron served as the campaign photographer for U.S. President George H.W. Bush in 1992. His photos have also appeared in the motion picture "A Few Good Men". In addition to his news work, Ron does commercial assignments. Ron served from 2011 through 2015 as President of the White House News Photographers Association and is a member of the White House Correspondents Association and the National Press Photographers Association.
