Washington, D.C. - March 24, 2004 -- Beverly Eckert of Connecticut, left, is consoled by Ann MacRae, right as Richard Clarke apologized to the families of the victims of the 9/11 attecks. at the hearing of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States in Washington, DC on March 24, 2004.  Ms. Eckert lost her husband, Sean Rooney in the collapse of Tower 2 of the World Trade Center.  Ms. MacRae lost her daughter, Cat MacRae, 23, who was on the 93rd floor of Tower 1.<br />
