Washington, D.C. - March 2, 2009 -- United States Senator Max Baucus (Democrat of Montana), Chairman, Senate Finance Committee, right, seems to be sharing a secret with United States Representative Henry Waxman (Democrat of California), Chairman, House Energy and Commerce Committee as they await the arrival of United States President Barack Obama in the East Room of the White House in Washington, DC on Monday, March 2, 2009. In later remarks the President named Governor Kathleen Sebelius (Democrat of Kansas) as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The President also announced the release of $155 million authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that will support 126 new health centers.
