Washington, DC - September 11, 2009 -- Among the earliest of the family members to arrive for the 9:30 a.m. memorial ceremony marking the 8th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the Pentagon was Regan Howell and his two sons, Ashton 8 and Alex 12 years of age.  Howell's brother, who worked for the Navy at the Pentagon was among the 125 Pentagon employees killed in the attack.  The 2009 memorial observance at the Pentagon, held in rainy conditions, featured an address by President Barack Obama as well as remarks by Secretary of Defense Robert M.
